Ingrid McDowell, is the Chief, Capacity Building Division at the Center for Harm Reduction Services (CHRS) at Maryland Department of Health. As Division Chief she oversees The evidence based Regrounding Our Response Training Series; The BOLD Health Equity Initiative and the Wound Care and Drug User Health programs. Ms. McDowell is also the Director of Invisions Consulting and has over 23 years of program management and consulting experience in infectious diseases including HIV. Her areas of expertise include: Public health for diverse populations, Health Beyond Illness, Grant writing, Capacity building and Non-profit fund development.

Patrice Henry has worked with the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine Infectious Disease Department since January 2000. She is a Senior Community Program Coordinator and the Lead Patient Navigator for the Bartlett Specialty Clinic (formerly the Moore Clinic). At Bartlett she counsels patients with a new HIV diagnosis and patients who are new to the practice. Patrice is an integral member of the Project LINK (multidisciplinary adherence/education/support program) team, where she counsels her own Project LINK patient panel of approximately 80-100 patients. She runs the Project LINK support group as well as the Patient Advisory Council. Patrice has also been a Spokesmodel for the “HIV Stops With Me” campaign. She has been an inspiration over the years to several thousand patients who have been diagnosed with HIV and are living positively with HIV.

Lori H. Fagan, M.Ed. is the Senior Director of the Waxter Center for Healthy and Active Aging, Division of Aging, under the Baltimore City Health Department.

She is also a charismatic manager, with graceful leadership abilities working with older adults with BCHD, Division of Aging. She has powerful educational background, with success as an assistant professor, teaching and training experiences. Her administrative ability leads her to wholeheartedly share Marva Collins’ philosophy that, “Readers are leaders. Thinkers succeed. Determination and perseverance moves the world.” Lori welcomes the opportunity to work with OWEL to channel her energy, drive, talents, and above all, heart and passion into the Older Women Embracing Life, Inc.

 As a certified life coach, international yoga instructor, avid speaker, motivational leadership specialist, an expert educator for over 18 years, she also has the passion and compassion to motivate others through the practice of yoga and meditation so that they may rebuild their life with health and wellness.
